What is Santa Calls?
Santa Calls is a live, two-way phone call from Santa to your child — not a recording. Santa's voice and conversation are generated in real time by AI, guided by the details you provide: your child's name, your family traditions, even what they did last week. You control every detail he mentions, so the conversation feels personal and magical. It's one special moment built around your family.
How does it work?
Three simple steps. First, sign in and verify your phone number. Second, add your child's name and a few details — favorite activities, family traditions, anything you want Santa to mention. Third, Santa calls your phone at the scheduled time. Put him on speaker and watch the magic happen.
Is this safe for my child?
We've built it to be. Every call is parent-directed — calls only go to your verified phone number, and Santa won't start talking until a grown-up presses 1 to say you're ready, so please stay with your child for the whole call. Santa is designed never to shame, threaten, or scare, with no "naughty list" language, and an automatic safety check ends the call if anything inappropriate is said. Because Santa is AI, no system is perfect, which is why you stay in control and can hang up anytime. If your child says something concerning, Santa gently encourages them to talk to a teacher or another trusted adult. No surveillance. No fear. Just warmth.
What does Santa know about my child?
Only what you tell us. You provide a name, an age range, favorite activities, and family traditions — nothing more. We follow data minimization principles: Santa only knows what you choose to share, and you can edit or delete it at any time.
Can I end the call early?
Yes. Say "goodnight Santa", "goodnight Tinsel", "bye Santa", or "thanks for calling" and your caller will wrap up warmly. If the line goes quiet, your caller gently checks in. You can also simply hang up at any time — no awkward endings, no pressure to stay on the line.
How long are the calls?
Most calls run about 5 to 10 minutes. Your caller begins a warm goodbye just before the 10-minute mark and the call ends by 10 — long enough to feel real, short enough to stay magical. Shared sibling calls have the same 10-minute limit.
Is my child's data safe?
We take this seriously. No birthdates are stored — only an age in years. No recordings are kept by default. We never collect school names or addresses. You can delete all of your child's data at any time from your account settings. We follow COPPA principles throughout.

Can I use this for multiple children?
Yes! You can create up to five child profiles under your account. Brothers and sisters can share one call: choose the main child, tick who else will be listening, and Santa greets each one by name and gives everyone a turn. A shared call still uses one call from your plan. Or schedule a separate call for each child, personalized to that child's details.
What if my child asks for a specific gift?
Santa is designed to use gentle language like "I'll see what the workshop can do" — no promises, no letdowns. You can share gift interests for context, and Santa is instructed never to guarantee a specific present.
