Refund Policy

Prelaunch notice: Santa Calls is not currently accepting payments. Calls are planned to open in December 2026, so there are no customer charges to refund today. The policy below applies once paid checkout opens.
Our goal is for every future Santa Calls purchase to result in a magical moment for your family. When that doesn't happen, we want you whole.
Automatic refunds
If Santa fails to successfully dial your verified phone — whether due to a carrier issue, an upstream voice-engine error, or any other technical problem on our side — the call credit is automatically refunded to your plan and you can try again immediately. No request needed.
24-hour money-back window
If you purchase a single call or a multi-call pack and change your mind before using any calls, email info@santacalls.live within 24 hours of purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once any call in a pack has been successfully placed, the pack is considered consumed and not refundable beyond the automatic per-call refund described above.
Gift packages
Gift packages are refundable in full until the first recipient accepts the gift. Once any recipient has accepted, the gift is treated as redeemed and the package is not refundable.
Season pass
The Year Pass plan may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 14 days, calculated by the number of weeks remaining in the term. After 14 days, the season pass is non-refundable except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email info@santacalls.live from the email address on your account. Include your order ID (visible on the receipt email or in your dashboard) and a one-line reason. We respond within two business days and refunds are issued by Stripe within five to ten business days, depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
We'd much rather resolve a problem directly than have you initiate a chargeback. Reach out first — most issues are fixable in a single email. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
